NEW DELHI: Mukesh Kumar is likely to face a stiff challenge from Gurbaaz Mann in their anticipated pre-quarterfinal clash of the Rs. 10 lakh All-India SRF Matchplay golf championship at the Delhi Golf Club on Thursday.
Mukesh, who is virtually assured of winning this season’s Order of Merit, finds himself in the same quarter of the draw as Arjun Singh and Harinder Gupta, winner of the Hero Chandigarh Open earlier in the season. Interestingly, Harinder opens his campaign against the vastly experienced Rohtas Singh, the only Indian golfer to have won more than 100 titles at home.
